Dragonfly Top Internally Threaded Labret Cartilage Stud. A beautiful stud with a red winged dragonfly. The internally threaded 16 gauge post is manufactured from surgical steel and available in two lengths (6 or 8 mm). While the top of the piercing is manufactured from Brass with a Rhodium plating.
