Here at The Body Jewellery Store we like to think that all of our customers are happy with their purchases and the service we provide, however, if there is a problem with your purchase or you would like to return a product then please read our Returns Policy below.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to advise us that there is problem. We will then ask you to send a photo of the damage or return the item for inspection prior to processing your replacement or refund.

Unused Goods

If for any reason you receive a product that is no longer wanted we are happy for you to return the item for a refund or alternative product, provided that we are notified within 30 days of you receiving your order. Due to strict hygiene reasons the item must be unopened, unused and the packaging must be in it’s original condition. If the item is not in it’s original condition it will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note that £1.00 will be deducted from any refund to cover the original postage costs. If an alternative product is required there will be a charge of £1.00 to cover the cost of re-sending the alternative (UK only). For international orders the charges will be at our standard rates. These rates can be viewed on our payments and shipping page.

Refunds

In line with European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we are required to advise that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At The Body Jewellery Store we aim to process refunds within 7 days of us receiving the goods back.

Returns

If the product you wish to return meets one of the criteria above please contact us at [email protected] for approval of your return. After receiving approval please package the goods securely to avoid the item being damaged in transit, including your order reference in the package along with any relevant details that will assist us in processing your return.
